The general practice number is for making appointments, asking questions, requesting results and requesting repeat prescriptions.
When you call us you will first hear our phone menu:
- in case of emergency during opening hours of the practice, choose option 1
- to request repeat prescriptions, choose option 2
- if you want to speak to the assistant, choose option 3
From 08.00 until 12.00 hours and from 13.00 until 17.00 hours you can contact the practice by telephone through our general practice number (except on Thursday afternoon).
Between 12.00 and 13.00 hours the practice is closed because of the lunch break but can be reached for emergencies.

In case of emergency on working days from 17.00 until 08.00 hours, during the weekend and on public holidays you can contact Primair Huisartsenpost Leidsche Rijn (GP post).
